How it works

An assistant only answers from sources you have approved. It writes a draft, checks every statement against those sources and passes answers with consequences to your team.

How we secure our assistants

An assistant that reads email and accesses your systems is a new way into your business. So we set permissions, checks and logging before we build the first feature. This is part of every assistant we build, not a separate service.

When a document contains commands

An attacker hides an instruction to the assistant inside a supplier document. Without protection, the language model treats it as an order. Switch over and see the difference.

  1. Document content counts as data, never as instruction.
  2. Hidden text is detected and isolated.
  3. A discount would need approval anyway.
  4. The incident is logged and your team is notified.
The hidden instruction was carried out. The customer now holds a promise nobody in the business made. The instruction has no effect. Your team sees the incident and the document.

Every case can be read back

Principles

  • Your data stays in Germany or with you

Hosted on servers in Germany or on your premises, with a data processing agreement. Your data does not train anyone else’s models.

  • Every answer names its source

Anything without evidence is marked as open.

  • Where an answer has consequences, a person decides

You decide which answers need approval, for example prices and delivery dates.

  • Operation and maintenance are part of every job

We do not build anything we will not look after afterwards.
